The purpose of this policy is to establish mechanisms for clients and family members, carers, and advocates to provide feedback to ABC Speech Pathology. ABC Speech Pathology promotes the rights of all clients and clients families to raise and discuss concerns about services provided by ABC Speech Pathology Therapists.
